Jonathan P. Roberts Jonathan and his wife, Venus, live in Point Washington with their two daughters. They enjoy boating, playing at the beach, swimming, involvement in their church and community, and simply spending time together. 2011 celebrates Jonathan´s 15th year in South Walton Real Estate. His business is concentrated mostly along the Gulf of Mexico and Scenic Highway 30a stretching up to Point Washington and the Choctawhatchee Bay. Being a native of these beautiful beaches gives Jonathan a local´s expertise. Customers like his straight forward approach, whether giving a market analysis of a property´s value or showing a buyer what they might want to purchase. As a Real Estate Broker, Jonathan´s goal is to help his customers make an informed decision. Every year since 2001, Jonathan has consistently ranked among the top agents in South Walton. Jonathan Roberts was born and raised in Walton County, Florida with family roots dating back 50 years. In 1996, Jonathan graduated from the University of West Florida in Pensacola with a BA in Sociology.

GRI - Graduate, Realtor® Institute "GRI designation" is the nation's #1 real estate designation designed specifically for Realtors® Who Mean Business. Real estate is a fast moving industry, so to be successful Realtors® must keep current on issues, legalities, technology, and many other components of business. The GRI designation covers major real estate related topics, and is earned by successfully completing an in-depth series of education courses.
LMC - Recognized by the National Association of Realtors as the premier educational tool for Realtors, the Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC) course equips agents with the necessary tools needed to work on complicated transactions involving foreclosures and REO´s, short sales and auctions, from both the buyers and sellers perspectives, and how to approach lenders. They also gain insight into counseling clients through the emotionally challenging scenarios, and are provided with reference materials to work with buyers, sellers, and lenders.
Broker Associate - Jonathan has also obtained his Broker's license. This is the highest level of education in Florida real estate sales.
Venus Roberts, Realtor, Listing Coordinator
Venus Roberts, is Jonathan's wife and as Listing Coordinator, Venus manages listings, fulfills marketing needs and oversees all closings and daily operations. Her specialty is customer communications so she is dedicated to keeping our buyers and sellers informed throughout the entire transaction. Over the years, Venus has been providing fresh idea's, a positive attitude and a willingness to assist in any capacity. Venus came to work on the Roberts Team after graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in interior design. She has first hand experience in the interior design of numourous condo's, houses and townhouses along the gulf coast. This eye for beauty in design has and will always be an assett to Venus and Jonathan as we help people find their "Dream Homes".
